Engineering Requirements

ER1 - The device must satisfy vibration ranges from 50-100 Hz. (MR1) 
ER2 - The device must be able to adjust the motor from 3,000-6,000 RPMs. (MR3)
ER3 - The device will support units with a mass no larger team 45 kg. (MR5)
ER4 - The device must be able to run efficiently and consistently on all present speeds for the maximum of 10 minutes. (MR6)
ER5 - The graphical user interface must be able to display three screens: Welcome Screen , Control Panel , and Data screen. (MR2, MR4)
ER6 - The device's motors must come to a complete stop within 3 seconds after motor shutdown mechanism is activated with no residual table vibrations. (MR7)
ER7 - The cost of electrical components will not exceed $750. (MR8) 

MR1 - The device shall produce vibrational stress on units under test. 
MR2 - The device shall have a graphical user interface to display testing information. 
MR3 - The device shall be able to adjust the speed of the motor. 
MR4 - The device shall be able to measure accurate real-time vibration data. 
MR5 - The device shall support the customer's standard units. 
MR6 - The device shall be able to run continuously and satisfy the company testing period. 
MR7 - The device shall contain a motor shutdown mechanism. 
MR8 - The device shall be of lower cost and affordable for a small corporation.
